Balkanstone offer a range of services to help you get the best out of your new home or investment. Because we deal with a relatively small area of the country, we have an intimate knowledge of legal and local processes, available resources in the area and of local builders and tradesmen.

Legal assistance
We can advise or help with legal or contractual problems, or issues arising with the local authorities. While Bulgaria is not overly bureacratic or especially corrupt, language and local conventions can pose considerable difficulties. We have long experience of dealing with any problems that can and do arise.

Property management
We offer an property management service, so you can be confident that your home is secure and looked after while you are away.

Letting out your property
Because Balkanstone organise holidays and let out villas ourselves, we are in a good position to arrange holiday lets for you. We can rent out your property for you when you are not using it, and do the necessary organisation so that you don't have to worry about a thing.

Building work
We can fulfill almost any building requirements you have. We can take on the simplest of plumbing or electrical jobs, through to full project management of major building or renovation work. Our network of local builders and craftsment in the Sliven and Kipilovo area, mean that you will get the best work done at reasonable cost.
